Types and Roles Test Checklist
In the table below Citizen can be interchanged with Customer or Student, depending on your particular need.

Multiple roles have been created with the same privileges - if Advisor role copied then are additional licenses required. | This is a justifiable scenario if needing to create different roles within groups to fit workflows required. | Confirm the number of roles that have permissions that are licensable and the number of users that have been given that role. If greater than the number of purchased licenses then either purchase additional licenses or remove licensable permissions from additional roles created. |
Has a link been added to the confirmation page in all internal XForms to enable advisors to link straight from the form into the newly created CXM case. | Without a link to confirm the case has been created Advisors will need to search for the customer and then look at their cases tab - increasing the length of each transaction | Add Form - CXM Case Link variable to confirmation template in all XForms that create a CXM case. |
