Data Import

This is the method for importing Person records into CXM (likely one-off exercise at implementation) and importing existing ‘cases’ into CXM (for example if a service has existing subscriptions to be carried over into the new platform).

If you are importing cases that you plan to link to addresses, you will need either a valid UPRN for each address or the CXM Address reference (if the address already exists within CXM). If you are importing cases that you plan to link to CXM Person records, you will need the CXM Person reference.
