Business (Organisation) Accounts

The terms Business Account and Organisations are used to mean the same thing.

As well as individual online accounts an online account can be created for an organisation that is operated through being linked to one or more individual online account users.

As with individual online user account creation, no manual involvement is required for an online organisational account to be created. Should you wish to have validation then a workflow can be created to manage the validation process.

Functionality

• Users can register on behalf of an business account, or request to join a business account
• Users can invite other users to join their business account, and manage existing users
• Users belonging to a business account can raise and view cases on behalf of their business account
