Exporting Data using CSV
Any filters that have been created can have data for the cases within that filter exported by CSV. The process for exporting data is to select Export as CSV
from the Options
menu on the dashboard.
This then gives the user the option to either export only the fields for the cases within that filter that are visible, or all fields that are linked to cases within that filter. Once the selection is made the user will be notified via email when the export has been completed. Witin the email will be a link to download the CSV file.
It is a common practice for users of CXM to create filters specifically to generate CSV files for exporting data to be used / analysed outside of CXM for management reporting purposes. Alternatively the CXM Service API can be used to extract information as required.
