Enabling Business Account Registration
To enable individuals to be able to create and manage access to their business account there are certain actions that are required in both Jadu CMS (if using Jadu CMS for your business portal) and Jadu CXM. These are:
- Create a 'MyBusiness Account' page in the Jadu CMS including
- Addinging a 'Register link to register a business
- Add
MyAccount - organisationLinks
widget. This widget provides a link to the organisationdetails
view in CXM (/my-organisation) and the organisation users view (/my-organisation/users) for Organisation Admin users - Add
MyAccount - CXM Cases
widget and create a corresponding filter in CXM. This widget will return to the website all of the CXM cases related to the organisation that the user has permission to view.
- Add a link to the 'MyBusiness Account' page from the 'MyAccount' page in Jadu CMS
- Enable user permission in CXM. Please note these permissions should not be given to the customer/citizen/student role.
- The
Manage all organisations
permission allows users to create an organisation account, edit an organisation's details and manage users for the organisation. - The
View all organisations
permission allows users to search for an organisation and view an organisation.
