Getting Started in CXM

You are now ready to start building your service in CXM. There is no strict order in which you should approach building out different components of your CXM service however there are certain elements that cannot be started before others are completed. Broadly speaking you will need to configure the following areas:

  • Users, Roles and Groups
  • Case Fields
  • Forms
  • Workflow
  • Rules
  • Notifications
  • Dashboard
