Retrieve files from CXM!
New Retrieve file attachments from CXM - We have added a way of retrieving all file attachments for a case in CXM via the API. Full details of how to use the API will appear in the CXM API documentation following the release of the feature.
Please note: we have updated the API endpoint to get attachments by identifier so that it will only return attachments if the permissions of the API have access to view the case.
