Rules revamped
We've added a clearer user interface and more helpful options.
Setting up rules to automate case actions is one of the most powerful features of CXM. The latest release contains improvements which makes building rules even easier.
Located where you need it
We've moved the Rules list to case type settings. Meaning all rules for a specific case type are grouped and you don't have to leave a case type to set up a rule.
Rules options are now filtered to show only the options that are relevant for that case type.
Clean and logical
Each section now links to the next, allowing you to follow the logic of the Rule more easily.
The Rules builder has undergone a facelift, with each section now better grouped and highlighted. This makes rules (even complex ones) easier to create and understand at-a-glance.
Highlighting useful information
We've added a last triggered column, allowing you to identify any potential problems with a rule.
