New Case Create Webhook
Webhooks are a way of moving data from one place to another (Watch this 10 minute video for an overview) and with this release of CXM, we are adding a 'case create' event, so that when a case is created in CXM you can push the associated case data to an external system opening up a number of integration possibilities and use cases. A few examples might include automating reporting, creating a service request in a third party system when a case is created in CXM, Sending an SMS to an end customer or triggering a push notification to your mobile app.

Improvement The case type tab navigation has been reordered to match the order of tasks relating to creating a case type.
