New Person Notes and Alerts: Staff users can create, edit and delete notes against a customer record in CXM. Notes can be turned into ‘Person Alerts’ meaning that the note will be highlighted in an orange ribbon to staff users on all cases for that customer, and when viewing their customer record

New Trigger a rule at a specific date and time: This feature allows you to schedule rule actions at a date and time specified by you, for example changing the date on which customers are reminded to renew an annual subscription or updating multiple cases meeting your rule conditions

New Choose which service to import a case type to: Administrators can now choose which service a case type will belong to when it is imported from one CXM account to another

New Filter cases on date and date/time fields: Users can now filter cases by a date or date/time field, in addition to case dates, helping with service level reporting via the csv export

New OpenID Connect: New integration point for user authentication: We have added support for OpenID Connect to the CXM OAuth API which allows developers to build single sign on authentication between CXM and other third party applications

Improvement Performance Improvements Based on reports of slow performance from users, we have made a number of infrastructure and application improvements and are pleased to report that the service is now much faster. We will be continuing to make improvements over the coming months to ensure an optimal service and we will keep you notified via updates to our status page which you can subscribe to.

We have released the following fixes:

Fix Attempting to delete a case type or status with a large number of cases now shows the correct message rather than an error

Fix Fixed an issue where the user is sometimes shown ‘page not found’ after logging in

Fix Fixed an issue where a long unbroken word such as a link might break the HTML email template layout

Fix Prevent rules failing when a case value condition with a multi-choice field is used
