New Added ability to push attached case files into Confirm
Improvement Added a setting to the Confirm integration to configure whether the LoggedTime is set to the time the rule in CXM was triggered, to create or update the Enquiry, or whether it is set to the time the actual change was applied in Confirm.
Fix Fixed issue where case value formatting was lost in emails
Fix Fixed bug where case values whose field had restricted visibility were not visible to anyone in case details page
Fix Added sender header for emails sent with Mailgun to prevent From display issues in Outlook (desktop)
