Delete customer user accounts and personal data from cases
New Delete customer user accounts
When staff users delete a customer record this now also deletes the customer’s user account helping you to fulfil requests from customers to remove their personal data and comply with GDPR.

New Delete personal data from customer cases
Staff users will now be able to remove all personal data from a customer case at the click of a button. You will need to define which case types can have personal data manually deleted by staff and what data is deleted - yuou can find our more in the CXM administrator guide.
