Addresses migration performance issue

This release:

Fix Fixes an issue where, when patching to 7.2.0 on systems with large amounts of PayBridge orders, database migrations were slow to complete.

Compatibility

This release contains both XFP 7.2.1 and the corresponding Continuum CMS 20.1.0 in a single package. There is no need to apply the Continuum CMS package separately.
