Fix Fixes UI issues across the Control Centre.

Fix Fixes an issue where, on servers with custom form variables, patching to 6.0.0 or above would result in a fatal error when accessing forms.

Fix Fixes an issue where, when enabling integration with Whitespace PowerSuite, the toggle for 'Use authentication' did not save correctly.

Compatibility

This release contains both XFP #107 (6.1.1) and the corresponding Continuum CMS #114 (19.4.5) in a single package. There is no need to apply the Continuum CMS package separately.
