Continuum XFP #27
User pre-fill components, forms homepage widget and bug fixes
This release:
New Adds a pre-defined calculation which evaluates to the value of Question A, or to the value of Question B if Question A is left unanswered.

New Adds a new homepage widget that displays the incomplete and submitted forms of the currently signed in user. Any submitted forms which have a corresponding CXM case will show a link to the case's timeline.
Update Ensures compatibility with the CXM User Adapter added to Continuum CMS #33.
Fix Addresses an issue where some links in the Control Center did not work if the Control Center and the front-end were on different domains.
Fix Fixes an issue where some front-end scripts behaved in an unexpected manner when using CAS authentication (front-end change).
Fix Fixes an issue where front-end users were identified incorrectly when attempting to sign in using a non-standard User Adapter.
