Bartec date selector component and bug fixes

This release:

New Adds a new predefined formula, to obtain a list of future dates from Bartec Collective for waste services such as Bulky Collection and Bin Deliveries.

Fix Fixes an issue where, in certain circumstances, the Publish tab on a form would appear to load forever when accessed.

Fix Fixes an issue where, when viewing a saved action template on a form, mappings to repeatable questions did not load correctly.

Compatibility

This release contains both Continuum #89 (5.5.1) and the corresponding Continuum CMS #91 in a single package. There is no need to apply the Continuum CMS #91 package separately.
