Searching
The search field at the top of the CXM control centre can be used to search for person records, cases and organisations using a number of variables.
You can search using:
- Name
- Email address
- Postcode
- Part address
- Text case value
- Case reference
Use multiple criteria to narrow down your search results. For example, Smith LE19.
