Person record overview (details, timeline, etc)
The Person Record gives you access to basic information about the customer and links to related information.
The ribbon at the top of the Person Record will display:
- Name: The name of the customer.
- Created: The date and time that the Person Record was created.
- Last updated: The date and time on which the Person Record was last updated.
- Address: The primary address associated with the Person Record.
You will also be able to view:
- Details: The key Person Record details.
- Timeline: A history of changes to the Person Record.
- Cases: Any Cases associated with the Person Record.
- Notes: Any Notes recorded against the Person Record.
