Groups
The group a user belongs to dictates what services, and therefore case types they can access. A user can only belong to one group, but a group can have access to multiple services. A group logically equates to a team or service area inside your organisation, for example the customer services group might have access to all services, whereas the Parking group can only see parking cases.

Assigning a service to a group
To assign a service to a group navigate to the group page from Settings
>
User Administration
> Groups
and select the group. Then enable the toggle
next to the service(s) you wish the group to have access to.
