Case Ribbon

This is the information that is viewable at the top of each case. This is a system wide setting that can be configured and amended by an Administrator. The case ribbon should display general information. It will always display the case reference, type and status.

To edit, amend or create a new element to appear in the case ribbon then use the url ...../q/case-ribbon/elements.
