Data Retention

Data retention ensures that unnecessary data is not kept on your system. This has a number of benefits:

• compliance with any relevant data protection rules governing collected data
• there is less data on the server to be compromised in case of a security breach
• less disk space used
• it becomes easer to find relevant form submissions, as outdated ones are removed
