The launch of Jadu Consulting comes shortly after Jadu announced the appointment of Paul Greenhead as Chief Operating Officer, a role focused on spearheading the company’s growth and business transformation. With the addition of Steve Tredinnick as Vice President of Business Transformation and a team of experienced consultants, Jadu Consulting is uniquely positioned to help clients across the public and private sectors achieve their digital ambitions.

Steve Tredinnick, Vice President of Jadu Business Transformation, brings over two decades of public sector experience to the role. Having worked in senior leadership positions at Essex County Council and Managing Director across the Shared IT Services for Brent, Lewisham, and Southwark councils, Steve understands the intricate challenges faced by local authorities and public sector organisations. His expertise, along with that of the Jadu Consulting team, is now being deployed to help clients implement successful digital strategies that deliver real-world benefits.

Early Successes in Digital Transformation

Jadu Consulting is already making an impact, having partnered with West Northamptonshire Council (WNC) on a pilot programme that aims to use Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to streamline and improve processes related to Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). By focusing on the Education Health & Care Plan (EHCP) process, this collaboration is addressing critical challenges within council services.

Jadu Consulting is led by  a team of highly experienced professionals including Rhian Loveless, Managing Consultant, and Mike Holmes, Senior Solutions Architect. With over a decade of experience working in public sector organisations and consultancy experience across the public sector, Rhian specialises in service design, organisational change and digital transformation. Mike, a seasoned solutions architect, focuses on technical solutions and data governance, bringing expertise from previous roles at Essex County Council and other public sector organisations.
