Jadu, a pioneer in accessible CRM, digital experience platforms and self-service web technology for the public sector, announces the appointment of Paul Greenhead as its new Chief Operational Officer.
From March 2024, Paul, a distinguished leader in digital strategy and service redesign, joins Jadu from Methods Business and Digital Technology where he established a substantial local government consulting practice, utilising the Jadu Digital Platform to drive significant digital transformation initiatives.
Paul brings a wealth of experience from his tenure at Essex County Council and more recently at Methods as Director of Change and Innovation, where he worked closely with prominent local government clients such as Lincolnshire County Council, Swindon Council, and Scottish Borders Council to implement and leverage the Jadu Digital Platform. His expertise in service redesign and digital transformation is set to accelerate Jadu into its next major phase of growth, focusing on building a new suite of Consulting and Business Transformation services. Jadu's new services are aimed at aiding Jadu's public sector customers in delivering efficiency, value, and business change related to digital self-service, service redesign and automation, particularly with Artificial Intelligence.
In addition to driving transformation within the UK, Paul will be supporting Jadu's growth in North America, leading the mission to establish Jadu as the world's most accessible digital platform. His strategic vision for the company includes the integration of AI-based technologies into the Jadu Platform, with several strategic projects with key customers already in the pipeline.
