Discover new functionalities in the Jadu Digital Platform from accessibility to Gen AI, with our new user-friendly browser extension, Jadu Labs! Available for Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.

This new extension is an opportunity to trial features, gather feedback, rapidly iterate and decide which features are valuable to you, so we can add them to our roadmap to become a part of the platform.

Customise your experience

Adaptable

We all need to, or like to use Software in different ways. Jadu Labs opens up the opportunity to toggle on and off new features to adapt your experience when using the Jadu Digital Platform.

Personalised to you

It won’t affect others in your organisation, you are in control of how you want to utilise the extension and what functionality within the extension you want to toggle on and off.

Easy to install (and it’s free)

Simply head to the chrome web store to install the extension. The extension will work whenever you are accessing a Jadu Control Centre.

After you’ve installed the extension you can see the full list of features that are available. It’s simple, your settings are synchronised across your browser account and applied to any Jadu Control Centre that you use.

What to expect

This is just the start of more innovation and features to come! The list below are just some of the features included in the extension at the moment.

Gen AI

Use the Smart Editor to send your content to ChatGPT for suggested improvements, spelling, punctuation and grammar checks, or to simplify language. You can also generate accessible alt text, descriptions or tags when choosing images with Smart Images!

Visual Workflows

For Jadu Connect, use the Visual Workflow in the extension to help you easily understand and digest complex workflows by illustrating the layout of statuses and transitions.

Sign in options

Customise your sign in options. Choose to hide the background image, remove the background image from the sign in page, center the sign in form or put the sign in front and center. This is just the beginning for this functionality as we explore offering personalised, or branded versions in the future.

Accessibility

Apply different colour schemes across the Jadu Digital Platform, including dark mode and high contrast options with the Enable alternative theme functionality. Or use Open-dyslexic font to enhance readability and reduce visual stress if you are dyslexic.

List views

Change how you want to view tables to help you better read the content; reduce table padding, tighten the rows to see more detail at once (this is useful for large tables with lots of information). Use the Zebra-stripe alternate rows to use alternating colours on rows to easily scan long tables.

The Visual Workflow has already saved us hours, probably even days of work mapping out these transitions. When we review our Jadu Connect case types, being able to see the workflow immediately and share these with officers has been incredibly helpful.
