This year at the Jadu Academy, our theme is “The Age of Agents”. It promises to be our most exciting academy yet as we discuss Jadu’s future direction, collaborate, and innovate - together. In the Age of Agents, constituents expect seamless, self-service interactions powered by intelligent automation. The Jadu Academy will explore how together, we can integrate AI and digital agents into core service delivery, building AI-enabled infrastructure that is inclusive, interoperable, and designed to evolve at pace. We’ll examine how AI will become a core component of service transformation - not just a bolt-on, but a driver of smarter, more responsive public services.
