This case type allows personal data changes to be captured within Jadu Connect and then processed by a licensed user who has permission to be able to make amendments such as:
- Address
- Email address
- First name
- Last name
- Telephone number - main
- Telephone number - other
This is a self-contained case type - it has a Connect modal form for staff to capture changes rather than being linked to a publically available form.
