House of Multiple Occupation (HMO) Licence Form and Workflow - Library

Item Description

A house in multiple occupations (HMO) is a property rented out by at least three people who are not from one ‘household’ (for example a family) but share facilities such as the bathroom and kitchen. It’s sometimes called a ‘house share’.

This form provides the application process for landlords to apply for HMO licence and the workflow will allow your internal team to manage the application process.

This form can be imported into Jadu Central Forms and edited and amended to meet your needs.
